Our NEWLY RENOVATED cozy home is conveniently located, an easy walk to all local attractions:
• ¼ mile from Hamilton Village Center
• ¼ mile from Seven Oaks Golf Club
• ½ mile to Colgate University

We have 6 bedrooms (5 queen / 1 full beds), 3 full baths, 1 half baths. The house can sleep up to 12 people comfortably.

Perfect for group of alum, parents attending sporting events, or wedding. Also, there is a large back yard perfect for a party tent. The whole house is rented each time.
