  • Ray was an excellent host, and his apartment was very convenient to the conference I was attending. The apartment was nice and clean, a little grocery is downstairs in the same building, delicious ramen two blocks away.

  • Ray is a really kind and warm host. We felt very welcomed. His place is in an amazingly central location, he even had power during the crazy ice storm! It is very large for a one bedroom downtown apartment. The sectional is super comfy. The building has good amenities although we thought the hot tub could have been better maintained. It was over Christmas so not sure if there were staffing issues. Pool was nice and warm and quite large. Doormen were very friendly. Overall a very pleasant. Heads up though, Ray doesn't have a coffee maker so bring a French press or something if you don't want to head down to one of the three coffee shops on the corner!

  • Ray has a great apartment in a central location, close to a lot of fun locations in Toronto. We enjoyed our stay at his place.

  • Ray was a very attentive host and all arrangements went without a hitch. He met me at the condo on the first day and showed me around which was very useful. He also allowed me to keep my bag at the condo for the day and pick it up on the way back to the airport on the evening which was very helpful.

  • Amazing apartment and location downtown is exceptional. I was working at Mount Sinai and St. Michaels Hospitals during my visit and could easily walk to both locations. Numerous restaurants and having the main floor grocery store was bonus. Ray was great, very accommodating and met me early in the morning for check in.

  • Ray is an extremely easy going guy and very easy to communicate with. His condo is conveniently located in the middle of downtown Toronto. All the places we wanted to visit was only a short distant walk from his unit. Although we were not able to meet in person, checking in and out was a breeze. Thanks for the awesome experience, Ray!

  • My friend and I just completed a 6 day visit to Toronto, where we stayed at Ray's contemporary, clean, and convenient apartment. Ray was a great communicator, left good instructions for us, and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The apt is centrally located, very close to transit stops, and there is a fabulous market downstairs, that has everything you would need. I would definitely stay here again.

  • Ray's apartment is really in the heart of Toronto, a great place to stay in for anyone visiting Toronto. Though we never met face to face, he was very helpful, left lots of information to help ensure my stay was comfortable and provided an easy check in and check out process. I would definitely recommend Ray's place to anyone looking for an affordable, central accommodation.

  • We looked at several apartments in Toronto before deciding upon Ray's and we are so glad we did. The apartment is central enough to make everything we wanted to do easily accessible, either by walking or on the TTC.

The apartment is everything we needed, it was my wife, 8 year old son and I and the sofa made a perfect bed for our son. The pool and roof terrace (with BBQ area) were welcome additions after exploring Toronto and the wider area.

Ray was excellent, he made sure we felt welcomed and he pointed out everything we would need to know about the apartment and surrounding area. He was also very understanding when we arrived 5 hours late due to airline difficulties.

If we go back to Toronto Ray's place will be first on our list to see if it is available.

  • Ray is great host and the apartment is nice and well located. The roof terrace is great and the grocery store on the ground floor is very convenient. Highly recommended!
