The space
Single level vacation home with nearly 3000 SQFT of unpretentious luxury living space. Master suite has king bed with memory foam mattress, additional roll-away, TV, private bath with soaking tub, dual sink vanity, dual head shower & massive closet plus private patio access. BR-2 has queen bed with memory foam mattress & TV. BR-3 has 2 full beds with memory foam mattress & dedicated work space/tech desk. BR-4 has 2 bunks with memory foam mattress & TV with Xbox plus lots of bean-bag seating for kids. Chef's kitchen is fully stocked, has bar seating & opens to the dining room & large main living area that can seat 15+ people, has 70 inch TV & offers easy access to outside living areas. Covered patio has TV & seating that really extends the living spaces all rear 'round. Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels, basic individual-use toiletries and very well lit to assist with vacationing make-up artists. Also soft water will leave skin & hair silky smooth. Garage access allows for plenty of room for off-road toys, cars, motorcycles & more. Driveway can fit huge RV or 2 trucks with boats /trailers connected. Front & back yards professionally lit to create safety & ambiance at night. Quiet cul-de-sac location with no unsightly power lines.
