If you love nature this casita is just for you. Located 15 minutes from downtown and only a few minutes from stunning hiking and mountain biking trails in the National Park. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.

The space
The open floor plan and high ceilings make the casita feel much larger than it actually is. A large bookshelf divides the bedroom from the kitchen and living space providing privacy but also keeping with the open concept feel.

The kitchen is modest but cleverly designed. The table in the breakfast nook is on rollers and can be adjusted to use for more counter space. Tucked away in the cabinets are a large toaster oven and microwave, and there’s also even a built-in cooktop hidden in a drawer.
