RESORT FEES: Mandatory resort fees are $195 plus tax (11.5%) per day applied to the reservation and are included in the nightly rate. Only guests assigned to the reservation will be granted resort passes and, as a result, have access to resort grounds. The resort pass grants access to all resort amenities (Beach Club Pool, Driving Range, Boat House, and Wellness Center). A resort pass is required to enter the premises and must be obtained regardless of guests' intentions to use resort amenities.
This property DOES NOT include a private swimming pool facility. The swimming pool located below is privately owned and not accessible to guests staying at this property.

As part of the overall resort guidelines at Bahía Beach, the Four Seasons Hotel pool area is reserved exclusively for hotel guests and is not accessible from private residences. On occasion, the Four Seasons restaurant may also limit reservations during periods of high hotel occupancy.
That said, guests will enjoy full access to three serene, members-only pools, beautifully maintained beaches, and exclusive restaurants dedicated to residents and club members, offering a more private and tranquil resort experience.
These guidelines are set by the Four Seasons Hotel and apply consistently to all residences within Bahía Beach.
