Situated on top of the mountain at Blue Mesa Reservoir, this newly-built cabin has amazing views out of every window. We are 5 min from Lake Fork Boat Ramp, and 40 minutes from the Black Canyon. Whether you are relaxing, fishing, or boating, this is the spot! You & your family/friends will enjoy every minute—with plenty of space for everyone! 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lots of extra beds, a fully stocked kitchen, & a HUGE deck!

*Please note: there is NO WIFI. We DO NOT allow outdoor campfires.

The space
This cabin has 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, lots of other rooms with beds, & a HUGE deck with 360 degree views! There is a full basement w/ a ping pong table and games, a wood burning fire-place in the main living room, a loft with extra beds, and a fully-stocked kitchen.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home & deck.

Other things to note
There is NO WIFI.
The road between Gunnison & our cabin (Lake Fork Marina) is under construction. Please refer to the information on the C-DOT website about HWY 50 construction.
We DO NOT allow outdoor campfires on the property.
