Your family will be close to everything in downtown Chattanooga, with all the best restaurants and the best things to do within walking distance of the spacious and stylish home, as well as a public park (complete with playground) directly in front of the home. Keep in mind the second bedroom is a converted former large walk-in closet just off the master bedroom, so it’s not technically two bedrooms.

This private loft sits above a garage behind our main home and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests:

• Twin bunk room (accessed through the main bedroom)

Perfect for families, the home overlooks a 2-acre public park with a playground, sand volleyball, and plenty of space for kids to play.

There is also a public park just outside the house, which is great for kids, pets, or adults who want to play sand volleyball.
