We had an excellent time in Rome thanks to Laura. She is extremely helpful and the flat is perfectly well located and well kept. Thanks Laura!
Laura's apartment was lovely -- very easy to get to from the airport and conveniently located to many touring spots. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. The Wifi worked really well which we used occasionally, but Laura was the best help. She gave us a lot useful hints about restaurants/public transport options. She was very thoughtful of all our needs during our stay in Rome. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
We arrived at Laura's apartment with less than 12 hours notice, for a 4 nights stay. She was extremely kind and helpful and answered all of our messages in an instant, making it possible for us to take a last minute flight with no worries.
Due to earlier bookings by other guests we had to switch between her two apartments during our stay - both apartments were just GORGEOUS! They are very different but both were designed with loads of style and loads of thinking. Fully equipped, rarely preserved, feeling just like a 5 star hotel only with the benefits of an apartment.
The apartments are located right in the middle of everything - 5 minutes walk from the Colloseum, 15 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain. We were surrounded by restaurants and great places to see.
Laura greeted us warmly with loads of explanations and recommendations of places to see and visit, which helped us a lot since we didnt have time to plan our short visit. All of her restaurant recommendations turned out great and she was happily willing to to print out tickets for us to the Vatican visit etc.
To sum it up, she is a perfect host with the perfect apartments (and we are pretty hard to satisfy :)), HIGHLY recommended.
Laura's appartment is so ideal in so many ways:
1) Laura is very accomodating, answers quick to every question, wants you to feel at home and do the right places/bars/musea/restaurants in Rome
2) The location in the heart of Monti is soooooo great. Not overtouristic, very young, vibrant, a village within the big town with its own great places
3) The rooftop terrace: please Laura do not underestimate that for tourists from cold countries as Belgium this has got gold value. A big terrace that has temporarily limited access. To end your day in Rome on this terrace with your bottle of wine and some cheeses, it s your dream of a roman holiday. We had bad luck that the terrace was only open for 3 of our 11 nights in Rome.
For our next holiday in Rome, we"ll be back, but we hope the rooftop terrace will be open because it gives the place such an extra value!
Excellent apartment in the excellent place! The flat is located in the very quiet street of central Rome, but just few steps from all the main sightseeings. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Wifi was excellent. Particularly would praise help of Laura - she gave us a lot useful hints about restaurants/shop/ public transport around, was very thoughtful of all our needs during our family long stay in Rome. Would recommend this place to all my friends and plan to come there myself next vacation.
Great place to stay. Close enough to the major historic sites to walk everywhere. Double glazed windows kept the apartment quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The bathroom was clean. Our hostess was what made a brief stay so wonderful. She was very gracious and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She assisted us with bus and train scheduling for a day trip to Tivoli. She helped us to find a great restaurant for supper and even escorted us there (she happened to be walking in the same direction) then she went inside to speak with the host to make sure we got a table! If I was to return to Rome (and I'm sure I will) I will be sure to stay here!
Most beautiful apartment with new and high quality renovations throughout. Good security, awesome location and quiet neighbours. Laura was extremely friendly and helpful with everything from transfers, restaurants etc.
We were glad to stay in GreenTea: it is clean, cosy and good equipped apartment, with great location. And view on Coliseum from terrace as a bonus:)
Laura was lovely, and very helpful. Flat is in a superb location - coolest part of Rome - and is itself very pleasant.
A clean apartment in Monti -- one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Rome. The host Laura/Paola (not sure which name she actually goes by) was gracious and non-interfering for the most part. It's a quiet apartment with nice light and clean/modern amenities. Definitely recommend.
