This custom and high end 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 story cabin is located in Sevierville, TN. It is down the street from Soaky Mountain Waterpark (discount tickets for all guests), 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 30 minutes from Gatlinburg. The 5 acre property is only shared with our other AirBnB (airbnb.com/h/treetopfaintingfarm) and the hosts. The property has 2 ponds (Cabin and decks overlook the first pond) and access to walk around the ponds. The goats mini donkeys graze year round.
The space
The front door in on the 1st floor deck. Once entering the cabin, the stairs to go up to the living areas is on your right. The first floor has a laundry closet, a bunk room (full over full bunk - upper bunk has additional safety rails available for top bunk) with a chair that opens up to a single bed, a large guest bathroom (double vanity, toilet and tub/shower), a queen guest room, and the master suite (king bed, closet and bathroom has a toilet, double vanity and walk in shower). The upstairs is designed and meant for family quality time! When you walk up the stairs you will see the large kitchen (+ island that seats 4 - 5), next to it is the bar height dining table (seats up to 8 when expanded) and the half bath next to it. The remainder of the space is an oversized living room (pull out sofa, oversized chair that opens up to a single bed, bar, seating area with coffee table for games, and sliding door out to the upper deck that overlooks the large pond!) The cabin is roughly 1600sqft. The cabin was designed and built for privacy (there are no windows on the wall that face the hosts house, so that you truly have privacy and relaxation. A side of the lower deck can see into the yard that has the mini donkeys and fainting goats.
Guest access
There is parking for 6 vehicles at the cabin, but plenty of additional parking at the AirBnB next door (2 driveways that accommodate 10 cars). The Fainting Farm (@FaintingFarm : hobby farm with fainting goats and mini donkeys), is next to it. The goats roam and will come and go throughout the day. Feel free to play and pet them anytime. The barn is their safe space, please request permission before visiting the barn.
Other things to note
We are dog friendly! Pet fee is $40 for the first 2 dogs and $25 for each additional (total for the stay). A separate request will be sent after booking, please list all dogs on your reservation.
We do require they be kenneled when they are left alone in the cabin. (We have a medium and large kennel that we have available to use). Dogs must be on a leash when outside. The safety of our goats, donkeys and dogs are our top priority. We have doggy poop bags available for use.

From the host
The property is 5 acres with a total of 3 ponds. The property has the ability to walk around the 2 ponds. The first pond (cabin overlooks it) has a dock with 4 chairs for lounging. There are fish in the pond and guests are allowed to fish (catch and release only). The hosts have approximately 3 acres fenced in for the @FaintingFarm residents which consists of fainting goats and 3 miniature donkeys. The goats roam daily around the ponds and are available to interact if you want. The donkeys spend most of their time at the Hosts mothers cabin and adjacent 5 acres. The hosts will provide all treats and offer a meet and greet to your comfort level (feed them, pick them up, take pictures with them , whatever you prefer). Feeding your own food is not permitted. We will provide treats at no cost.
We are dog friendly, but require that all dogs must be leashed and under control of an adult while around the cabin. Dogs are not permitted around the ponds where the goats graze. The safety of our goats (which do get to graze outside of the yard) is our number one priority. Early morning/ late evening our goats are secured in the Hosts yard and barn, please message us if you would like to walk your dog in the pond area for approval. We love dogs! We do not discriminate against dog breed types or size! We only require they be friendly, leashed when outside the cabin and non-destructive :) When left in the cabin alone, dogs must be kenneled. We have a medium and a large kennel available to you at no cost.
Kroger, Publix and Aldi are a 5 minute drive. Kroger has pick up ability and the address is 702 Winfield Dunn Sevierville, TN 37876.
