192 sqft Tiny Home on Wheels located in my RV Park with huge bathroom and plenty of living space. Spacious loft bedroom with queen mattress. Sofa on main floor can be used as additional bed. Kitchen has an electric induction stove, convection oven and coffee maker plus all the pots, pans, plates, glasses and silverware needed. The home has a large deck with patio furniture to enjoy a cup of coffee or watch the sunsets and trains go by.

The space
As we work diligently on keeping this home nice and ready for out guests, politely do not smoke in the home. There is a $200 smoking fee that will be accessed if we find evidence of smoking in the unit.

The tiny home is located within my RV Park, grassy lot, shade trees wonderful. This property is just off I135 making anything Wichita just a short drive away. Enjoy the convenience of QuikTrip (gas station and store) within walking distance.
