Close to town. Five minutes from hospital and downtown. Walking distance to brewery Easy to find. Cozy guest suite. One one person permitted unfortunately due to current insurance limitations. There is a bathroom with a shower. Washer. Dryer. Sorry but there is No bathtub. There is no kitchen but there is a microwave and a kettle. Very very basic dishes and a bar style sink in a very unfinished 70s style bar. Unfortunately pets not permitted. Breakfast is not included.

The space
This is a basement suite so there may be some noise during the day from the upstairs suite. The neighborhood is safe. There is parking in the driveway.
