Kick back and relax in this cozy cottage. The La-Z-Boy pullout with a comfortable full mattress is converted to a double bed. It stays in place this way. Free Wifi and TV. The kitchen is equipped with full size stainless appliances. Large bathroom with walk in shower and the walk in closet houses a stackable washer/dryer combo.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU BOOK: This is not a party house. Our neighbors are awesome families that have lived in the area for many years. Let’s keep them happy. No parties or events are allowed. No smoking allowed inside the house. Noise levels must be minimal past 11:00 pm.

ONLY registered guests. No party crowds or loud music! NO BACHELOR/BACHOLERETTE PARTIES!
