Casa Blanca is a gated, free-standing, 3,000 Sqft single family home & you will have the entire estate to yourself — with contactless self-check in. Our steamy hot tub seats 7 and features 22 hydrotherapy jets. The spa is available for you and your group to enjoy year-round! Our full-sized cinema seats 8 and the handwoven star-lit ceiling is an absolute gem✨

Featuring oversized bedrooms with lofted ceilings, a King bed suite, 6 cozy Queen beds and two twin beds – our estate comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests with ample space to stretch out.

Un-ticketed, private events are allowed (NO ticket sales). Details of the event must first be shared with your host and there MUST be written consent given. Events are subject to a non-negotiable Venue Fee of $200 for damage protection and cleaning costs.

Casa Blanca features an array of high-end amenities including:

- A cozy custom movie theater with star-lit ceilings, hypnotic LED lighting, velvet walls, leather reclining chairs and cozy Caribbean daybeds for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy your favorite movies and shows on a 70” inch HD screen with a Dolby Digital sound system for maximum enjoyment. Netflix, Starz, HBO Max & Samsung TV are made available to you.

- Each full bathroom is endowed with spacious double vanities and oversized mirrors. The Master bathroom features a deep soaking jacuzzi and a walk-in mediterranean-style shower with imported stones.

- Our private gated entrance instantly greets you with a manicured mediterranean style courtyard upon entry. The courtyard features warm outdoor lighting, four sets of French doors to truly let the outside in, and an outdoor dining set for an authentic dining al fresco experience.

- Flooded with natural light, the main level has a large double-sided fireplace with graceful arches connecting the generously sized living room with the dining room. Imagine sunset dinners with friends catching the cooling breezes from the french doors opened to the courtyard!

- An abundance of security features including gated entry with secure parking on the backside of the house for 6 vehicles. There’s also Yale digital door locks with controlled access and self-checkin, a Ring (by Amazon) video doorbell, and an ADT alarm system with an outdoor camera.
