The space
Beautifully appointed rooms, full available kitchen equipment, pots, pans, appliances. TVs upstairs & downstairs. Large, modern washer/dryer.

Entry floor: living room, dining, kitchen, bathroom with shower, one bedroom with two twin beds and the other bedroom with one twin bed and a trundle twin bed

Downstairs: two family entertainment spaces and one of them have a french door to divide the space. Main bedroom and a bathroom with full bath. Equipped with lots of books, games and a piano! There are one twin day bed, one foldable twin XL bed and one full air mattress.

Both floors have access to a private outdoor patio overlooking the golf course and the mountains.

You'll have an entire 2-story, private condo with two patios.

We are not associated with the Minerals Hotel and can't provide access to our guests. Recently the hotel doesn’t sell day passes to non hotel guests. Please check the Mineral Hotel website for the annual membership information to access the hotel facilities.

Hotel SPA and restaurants are open for non hotel guests.

Other things to note
We are setup to sleep for 8 people. However, we do have additional air mattress that can possible add a few more people.

Main booking guest’s minimum age requirement is 25 years or older.
