This is a very bright and calm flat with 1 bedroom and a large double living-room. It is a typical parisian flat with old and beautiful wooden floor and high ceiling. It is located on the last floor of a 1920's building in a dead end so you are never bothered with cars and there is a clear view on Paris' roofs. There is no elevator but it's a good way to burn the croissants you will have during your stay!
The bedroom is very pleasant with a queen-size bed and a big cupboard for your clothes.
There is a small bathroom (with a small bathtub!) and separate toilets.
The kitchen is almost new and super clean, with all the appliances you could need and a washing machine.
Then there is the best part of the flat: a very big double living room (almost 30 square meters) with big windows than illuminate the whole flat and an opening toward a lovely balcony. The balcony is big enough for you to have breakfast or a drink over Paris'roofs with is, believe me, an experience you don't want to miss!
There is a comfortable foldable couch in the living room if you're a company of more than 2.
The neighborhood is very pleasant as well: you're at Les Gobelins which means you're literally 5 minutes away from the lovely rue Mouffetard, its street market, and its amazing bakeries, very close to the jardin des Plantes, jardin du Luxembourg and quartier latin as well! It is one of the best locations in town to feel close to everything without living in a too crowded and noisy area.
There are plenty of buses just down the flat (phone number hidden)) and metro lines (5,6,7) that would bring you everywhere you need but there are also nice restaurants, bars, bakeries in the area of the flat. Don't hesitate to ask me for advice!
To conclude, this flat is calm, big and bright with a lovely balcony: what else would you want for an amazing stay in Paris?

Manon was a great host and her apt is fantastic! Cozy, centrally located with transportation, restaurants, bars, grocery store, etc. really close. Having lived in NYC for almost a decade, the place felt home as it has a true Brooklyn feel to it. My family and I had a really pleasant time, I will definitely be back.
Manone was very welcoming and thoughtful, she had a stocked fridge and a very handy umbrella that proved very useful! The apartment itslef was cosy and comfortable, location was also good and close to Place d'Italie. Would recommend staying there again
The appartment was very nice and located in a side road so we could sleep well. But only some minutes away was the rue moufftard which we enjoyed a lot (eating, drinking etc.) ;-)
Manon was very friendly, gave us some good advice and i can recomend her flat.
My family, two adults and two teenage children loved Manon's apartment.
Great location, quiet, airy, light, well designed and beautiful.
We would definitely stay there again.
Families with small children may find the five flights of stairs challenging.
Manon was great to deal with and all arrangements worked well.
We recommend this lovely apartment.
The flat is very close to subway stations and bus stops and locate in a quiet end of the street which is not deep. There are lots of restaurants and stores on the main streets.
We were able to fulfill our wish to stay at this flat a second time. We really enjoyed it. It has a great location. Everything I mentioned in my previous review still holds true.
We had a fantastic long weekend stay at Manon's place. She was easy to communicate with, super helpful about our check in and check out times, and the place itself was lovely. It has everything you need for a short stay--quiet, clean, beautiful living room area with a terrace that makes it feel all very airy. We did some much-needed laundry and got some great R&R after returning for epic walks through out the city. Wifi worked great. Thanks Manon!
Very calm and cozy on top of Paris.
My daughters and I had such a wonderful stay at Manon's flat. She greeted us on the first day and spoke amazing English. She was helpful with tips on what to expect in Paris & what to enjoy in her neighborhood. We went to the cobblestone market every morning to pick up fresh fruit, bread and grocery store items. The flat had everything we needed. It was quiet for sleeping, as it is on a dead-end street. My daughters are ready to pack up and move to Paris. This flat is in an area close to the metro, so you can access everything. I hope we can stay there again someday.
