Guests love this home’s scenic location.

Easy access from this central location. Ideal for birders, remote workers, family reunions. Private, gated estate consists of the owners' residence on one side, and the other has three private bedroom/ bathroom suites- each with its own exterior entrance and seating area on the veranda. Beautiful gardens and sweeping views. Large swimming pool, and pavilion with kitchen/ bath, shared only when cabin is rented.
Not suitable for evening parties- NO LOUD NOISE AFTER 10PM!
Not handicap accessible.

The space
Perfect climate- mild temperatures year round! 20 minutes from SJO, 15 minutes to Grecia center, 20 min to Atenas.
Beautiful fruiting and flowering gardens. Nature trail to river along jungle setting. Over 165 birds identified on the property, and less than one hour to San Ramon, with quetzals, toucanets, and other prize sightings. 15 minutes to gorgeous waterfalls/ hiking. Coffee tours nearby. Animal rescue centers/ zoo within 10- 20 min. Stores and malls nearby. Easy bus access. Taxis available. Onsite parking. Not handicap accessible.

Large infinity pool and sunbathing area (shared only when cabin is rented). Very large covered seating area with wood fired grill and smoker. Very large equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, stove and microwave.
10 acres to roam- gardens, nature trail, jungle and river.
PLEASE NOTE: this is the perfect place for a small gathering, but is NOT a place for big parties! If your group needs a place where you can make noise after 10pm this will not work for you. We have neighbors nearby and a very strict no noise policy after 10 pm.
