The famous Sparks steakhouse and Smith & Wollensky (as featured in The Devil Wears Prada) are also nearby. • Great location, close to Grand Central and Central Park! We loved staying here! Room was clean & fresh, our host (Wendy) was seriously so nice and very accommodating, and the bed was really comfortable actually. She answered messages quickly and took great care of us while we were there - Thanks so much!!

  • The location of Wendy's place is hard to beat, especially when you're planning on visiting Time Square, The Empire State Building and all the other important sights in Midtown. Even the distance to Central Park is manageable by foot. The subway is also not far.

The apartment was super clean and pretty roomy. Wendy was a great host. Very discreet and always helpful.

  • Wendy was a great host - warm and welcoming! The room was lovely - quite spacious, plenty of storage, very light and clean, with a comfy bed and armchair. The doormen were great, the location was great - I simply had a wonderful stay. I'd can't recommend staying with Wendy highly enough!

  • Great location, great host. Very close to start of St Patrick's day parade 44th street. Wonderful apt. Large, roomy, cable tv, close to Grand Central sub. :-D. :-D. :-) ;-)

  • Very convenient location - I walked to most places including the ESB. Very comfortable bed - jet lagged or not, I had a hard time getting out of it every morning! Very accommodating host - thank you Wendy!

  • What luck! My first trip to the US and my first time using AirBnB and i get Wendy Ham, highly recommend both! Wendy was lovely, her room exactly as pictured, nice doormen to have pleasant greetings with. Wendy's place is 4 streets from Grand Central subway, a quick walk. This area is more officey but because the apartment is near the subway, traveling to other parts of the city is easy. Great room, fast internet, good shower, great host, near subway, I highly recommend this room. Thanks Wendy!

  • This was my first time with Airbnb and I could not ask for a better host than Wendy: she was patient, fast in replying, helpful and friendly. The apartment is nice and very well located. In a few minutes you can reach Grand Central, where you can find all the main metro lines. Moreover, the neighbourhood is very quiet and plenty of shops and nice restaurant. For those who work around the UN headquarters it is simply perfect! What I liked most, was that Wendy provided me with everything that is mentioned in her description, from the towels to the umbrella to the card for the washmachine. I can definitely recommend it!

  • The place is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Nice and safe neighborhood. Very close to subways and restaurants. I booked the place for my parents and they were really satisfied. Wendy was also very kind and thoughtful! She made sure that my parents had all the things they needed. I will book again for my parents to stay there again next time. Definitely recommend this place without reservations!

  • Wendy was a very gracious host, and her apartment was clean and comfortable--and a bit bigger than what you get in some other parts of the city. The midtown location was very convenient to my office, but is also a great launching point if you're looking to explore museums and attractions. The fact that there's a market across the street and ~200 feet to the east was handy too!
