Excellent! Craig and Wendy were very helpful and knew pretty much everything about the area you'd need to know. The cabin was clean and organized with almost all the necessities you'd need (made packing a bit more relaxed). The hot tub was a pleasant experience after a day of hiking. My fiance and I enjoyed the natural surroundings and although we didn't have time to take advantage of the trails on the property it was great to know we had that option. Location is great, right off the major road with a town 10 minutes away. We'll definitely be back in the area and would very much enjoy another stay on the property!
My wife and I had a great time staying at Couple's Corner. The cabin is on a beautiful property with lots of trails to explore! (Not to mention it's close proximity to the Natural Bridge) We couldn't have asked for a better retreat from the busy city life we are used to. Wendy & Craig were fabulous hosts who treated us with fresh zucchini and squash from their garden and tasted delicious with our steak dinner from the grill. We will be back!
My husband and I stayed at the Couple's Corner for my birthday and to get some R & R from the kids and it was perfect! It's so cozy and cute and has everything you need. Nice balcony in the back and tub is great too! So nice of them to have plenty of fire wood at the fire pit so we didn't need to buy any. Very reasonably priced- I would defiantly go back again.
Had a great weekend at the Red thanks to Amy's cabin! The place was clean and in great shape and was great for sleeping as well as staying in for cozy nights. The drive from highway 11 to the cabin can be a little unnerving in the dark if you're unused to Kentucky backcountry, but I assure you; it's completely worth it. I fully recommend this cabin to anyone looking to visit the area, especially couples looking for a romantic getaway.
