The private house is a bi-level in a newly built neighborhood and the guest room and bathroom are on the 2nd floor, as is the living room and kitchen. I and my elderly mother live in the 4 bedroom, 3 bath home along with two big dogs and three cats.

I'm usually available for questions by phone or text. I work during the day on weekdays and am usually gone from ~7 AM-6 PM. My mother lives with me on the first floor of the house and is usually always home. I enjoy conversations with guests but give them space.
