The Space

NEW! If this apartment is occupied for the dates you are looking for, quarda this new ad! Villa same, same management :-) Available from July 10
I'll be waiting!
The apartment is also available for one-night stays, excluding weekends and holiday periods.

VILLA TERESA is the ideal place for those who want a relaxing holiday, to enjoy Rome as a tourist and more!
It's bright and comfortable, modernly furnished, with a bedroom and a spacious living room containing a double-sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped, furnished with a dishwasher, oven, kettle, fridge-freezer and various kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with a functional washing-machine, washing powder, hair dryer and bathtub with running water.

It's one of the few places in Rome where you will not hear the congested traffic noise, which in a city like Rome, is truly remarkable! thing! Many tourists call it an OASIS; when you wake up, you will only hear the chirping of birds :-) It's really a romantic and cozy place! The Villa is surrounded by greenery and has ample free parking for your car or bicycle.
The external facade of the Villa, stylishly decorated, is a typical example of the posh residential buildings of the late 900s. It's located in the historic district "Quadraro", where you can still see the craft shops and workers of the Cinecittà film Studios.

A well-stocked cafe and classic roman bakery are just 200 m walk away.
In the neighborhood you can also find all kinds of services: restaurants, shops, bars, bakeries, pubs, supermarkets, local market of fruits and vegetables, a swimming pool, sauna and much more emenities at excellent prices (everything here costs half that in the city center!!)

The Subway stop "Porta Furba" (line A, directly connected to the major turistic attractions in the centre) is easily reachable 10 minutes on foot.
In 15 minutes you are at the "Piazza di Spagna", from there you can walk to Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, Campo de 'Fiori , Mouth of Truth, and many famous roman churches and museums in the area.
Or you can use the subway to get to these places a little faster!

The rent of the apartment also includes:

Distances from the Airports and Stations:
From Fiumicino Airport approximately 1 hour ( by train + subway + 10 min walk)
From Ciampino airport approximately 15/30 min( by bus + subway + 10 min walk)
From Termini Station approximately 25 min ( by subway + 10 min walk)
From Tuscolana Station approximately 15 min ( by subway + 10 min walk)

If you arrive by car:
From Fiumicino Airport (FCO) approximately 1 hour
From Ciampino Airport approximately 20-30 min
From Termini Station approximately 20-30 min

Before your arrival, you will be given all the information needed to easily arrive at Villa Teresa!

Check In
  • The apartment is in a good location, close to a Metro station and supermarket. It was spacious and secure and while planes were loud we didn't lose any sleep because of them.

  • We had a wonderful time in Italy. We drove from FCO (da Vinci airport), and did not have a SATNAV (GPS) in our car. Instead, we simply drove into the city centre and started asking for directions. It was great fun, though it took longer than we'd anticipated. Daniela was patient and friendly and helpful. The flat was a little way away from downtown but it was very good, and Daniela pointed us at perhaps the best Italian restaurant (Grandma's Bistro) we experienced (or close to it, Chez Black's in Positano was also terrific!). We stayed with Daniela on the way in to Italy, and again on the way out, and she was very gracious and wonderfully helpful. The flat itself was comfortable and clean, although there was a brief episode without hot water, it was still warmer than a polar bear dip!

  • Staying at Daniela's was an amazing experience. We were used to staying in hotels and as our first AirBnB experience it will certainly not be our last. Daniela is very kind and helpful. Her tips on where to eat/shop/etc... were very helpful.

We enjoyed the fact that we were not in a tourist area of the city but still walking distance from the Metro so we could easily travel to the center while still enjoying food and especially coffee where the locals do too! We can recommend Grandma's bistrot for an affordable but excellent diner! Also, Il Grottino offers better pizza's than we were able to find in the city center.

  • To be at Daniela's place was very nice and Daniela is a very friendly and helpful person. The place is about 10 min to walk from the next Metro and the neighbourhood is a non touristic area. It took us about 30 min to reach the centre.
The rooms are very clean and full equipped, so you can cook and feel like beeing home. I think it's perfect for two people and I can really recommend that place!

  • Villa Teresa is a comfortable residence in a very peaceful area - you don't feel that you are in Rome !

Daniela was very helpful and allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment even though we reached before the checkin time. She suggested areas to visit and shared details of nearby bakery, restaurant etc.

All essential amenities were available in the apartment. The supermarket near the metro station was quite good and convenient for picking items on the way back.

All in all we had nice stay and enjoyed ourselves at Villa Teresa !

  • Daniela and her apartment are great.
It is great value because it is actually larger than most places we stayed with on our France / Italy tour.
We used the kitchen which was well stocked.
The bathroom was large and had a great shower / washing machine. I was able to dry my clothes outside (just asked Daniella - as we needed our clothes dried quickly) .
We used the train and it was easy to get to and back. On the way to the train in the morning we would stop by the bakery and buy bread and little pizza treats for the day which saves a lot of money and time when you are short on time.
When coming back home we could stop in the grocery store right next to the station and pick up any items needed for dinner or next morning's breakfast.
We ate one night at Grandma's Bistro which was recommended by Daniella and it was a wonderful experience. My young daughter was sick of pizza and was able to eat a hamburger there but I wanted authentic food and they have that too. All the locals eat there so you know it must be good.
Overall it is clean, well set out and appointed and Daniella is very helpful and always available which is always welcome when one is travelling and not familiar with the area!
    Thank you Daniela!
