Interaction with Guests
I meet every guest myself, except when I'm on holidays. We meet for key exchange, and they can pose any special requirements or questions they could have.
One of the best neighborhoods in Barcelona when you come to visit, for it's proximity with many spots of interest and for being a live museum of medieval architecture. Bars, restaurants and shops all around to not have the need to move elsewhere and walking distance to other interesting neighborhoods.
We have Jaume I 5' away from home. Arc de Triomf and Urquinaona metro stations also close by.
Not ideal for parking as the whole city centre is a bit difficult, we recommend you park elsewhere in the city (if you need to park for free) or ideally not bring a car at all. There's really no need for one, and you can always rent a scooter.
Try to avoid partying at home, the neighbors don't appreciate it and they can be trouble or even call the police. With so many nice places to go to, why stay at home?
We allow smoking in the balcony, but prefer if you don't smoke at all for respect for upcoming guests who don't.
