Cozy Studio in very quiet neighborhood. Excellent infra, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fridge, kitchenware, oven/stove/microwave and washer/dryer inside the AP. Two Smart TVs . The building has a swimming pool, fitness center, garage, laundry, party/game room and self-service minimarket, which is wonderful, in addition to having restaurants, markets, bars and pharmacies around. The space

Where you’ll be

Vila da Saúde, São Paulo, Brazil

The Health neighborhood has a strong eastern colony. Although the typical eastern neighborhood of São Paulo is Freedom, Health also brings together a large concentration of Japanese, Chinese and Korean people.

For those who don't miss or don't care about the absence of oriental lanterns and letterheads on the streets, but enjoy the Asian cuisine and a calm and very welcoming atmosphere, the neighborhood presents itself as an excellent destination with many mini markets focusing on Asian cuisine and restaurants.

And don't be fooled, I'm not just talking about sushi and sashimi. There are several options to indulge in Wool, Udon, Obento, Lamyon (Korean Lamen), entiogi (Korean BBQ), etc.

And many of the restaurants are close to the apartment to the point where we can walk to them.

Regarding the geographic space, the Health neighborhood is located in the south-central region and is considered a privileged spot in São Paulo. The neighborhood consists of excellent districts of the southern zone, such as Vila Mariana, Jabaquara and Chácara Inglesa, as well as important neighborhoods such as Moema, Ibirapuera and Campo Belo, as well as easy access to Av. Paulista (just follow Jabaquara Avenue to get there).

The Saúde neighborhood ensures an excellent quality of life. With its numerous green areas, it allows people to do outdoor physical activities safely and provide residents with options, such as bike lanes and outdoor fitness.

I was born in São Paulo, but grew up in the small town of Guaranésia, in Minas Gerais. I went back to the largest city in the country to go to college and graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University. I have been working in the financial market for approximately 20 years.

I really enjoy traveling and I'm a frequent Airbnb user. At the beginning of the pandemic, a couple of friends/siblings, Paula and David, moved to the beach and began making their apartment available via Airbnb ( http://airbnb.com/h/artpompeiapaula and https://www.airbnb.com/h/casadosoledaluasuiteantares ). When I spoke with them, I saw that I could do the same for my apartment. As a user, I am also a host and I am now trying to provide unique experiences to travelers I am lucky enough to host, as well as the ones I have and have when I travel and stay via Airbnb.

Are you looking for an excellent apartment in São Paulo, Bairro da Saúde? I believe I can help you.
