The Space

Romantique studio in the heart of Montmartre, near L'epicerie of Amelie Poulain, on 3rd floor in a very typical parisian building from 19th century, located in a quiet street.
Original Indonesian Bed with baldachin is 140 cm large, is confortable mostly for a romantic kopple. The appartment is very bohemien style, furnished from typical parisians flea markets which gives to my small studio an original and unique 19th century touch. Of course you have to like these kind of things. But there is also dishwasher if you need..
Towels and linen are provided.
House is situated nearby metro Abbesses.
Discover Montmartre and the unique feel of a small village whithin the city a relaxed atmosphere with typical cafes with teraces, bars, restaurants, Moulin Rouge and night life on Pigale. Very nice people live there.
I like to walk around on Rue des Abbesses, and take a coffee or drink there especialy in the weekend or in the evening.
It is nice to go shopping a very good french food, chese and pastries on the Rue Lepic on the Sunday morning.
The neighborhood is full of boutiques, galleries, theaters as well all the shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and commerce that you may (website hidden). Dear guest I rent for 4 days usually, but ask me if you need less. Thank you.

I was living in this place 2years ago with my cats, but from last year cats are in Milano, so no cats hair anymore ;)
I also took of my personal things so now it is really more confortable for the guests.
I also changed the kees.

Guest Access

Dear guests you can use the dishwasher and my washing machine if you need.
There are some dishes and plates, cups for the guests.

The guests will have the clean towels and linen.
Hand soap and shower gel.

  • Great experience ! Adriana was a lovely and very quick to respond to any questions we had ! Happy to help with anything we needed ! The flat was clean and exactly as the picture shown on the site . As a lot of people have pointed it out already the sink is the cutest thing but not practical ... We didn't find it a problem as there is a dishwasher so all good on that front ! Plus there are a lot of lovely restaurants around Montmartre ... The flat is situated in the most romantic spot of Montmartre without the crowd of the tourist ! Perfect location if you ask me . We had a really lovely stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic stay in paris !

  • Excellent host who responds to enquiries promptly and checks that all ok without being intrusive. The apartment is as described and pictured online. Just be aware that the door can be very difficult to open - caused a bit of stress on arrival with jetlag - but got the hang of it! Montmartre area is (email hidden)t up early for a walk up the hill before the tourist hourdes arrive! Locals in the area all come from somewhere else...they love their neighbourhood and this is what gives Montmartre it's vibe.

Spent 16 days enjoying the experience!

Consigliato vivente!

  • The small studio apartment was perfect for what we needed. The area is charming full of great restaurants and small eateries. The bohemian style of the apartment fits perfectly with Montmartre. The host was gracious, helpful and very easy to deal with. We will use the same apartment again as soon as we can go back to Paris. Everything worked very well. Great vacation.

  • This was a very unique place to stay in Montmartre which my wife and I enjoyed very much. There were plenty of places to eat at and sights to see nearby. Most major attractions (e.g. louvre, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe) were a pretty decent walk though- 1.5-2.0 mi. There is plenty to experience on this walk if you are up for it. Adrianna check up on us and gave us some wonderful suggestions of places to check out. I recommend this place for a couple looking for a cozy place to stay

  • Apartment was nice and good situated on the Montmartre, very close to the main streets but in the quiet street. It was cute inside but it was extremely dirty. There was dust every where, towels were with the mildew. When we found used men's underpants in the bed we decided to leave the apartments. We hadn't wifi password in the apartments so we hadn't a possibility to connect with Adriana and to discuss the situation. When I connect to the Internet that evening I sent a message about it to her. She agreed that it was awful but nothing more. We left the keys in the apartment and booked a hotel nearby - in the same price but clean and with internet. I was very disappointed and upset about it.

  • DO NOT! repeat DO NOT rent this apartment. Now that I have your attention, let me explain. Every time I e mailed the owner, at least three days went by without response. Her friend, Frederica was supposed to let us in. No word about when, how or where. No response to my last e mail three days before travel to get instructions. Desperately calling from the Paris taxi driver's personal cell phone (never met a nicer man!) while driving from the airport, I reached Airbnb in San Francisco who scrambled to reach the owner. By then we were waiting like idiots on a urine smelling side walk in front of the apartment building for about half an hour on a cold Sunday morning with no one in sight. Finally the owner is located and calls the driver's phone to tell me that she thought she had already given me instructions but just realized that she really did not and she had not checked her mail "recently" to read the message I sent her before leaving the US. The keys were in a secret box near the door and "sorry, I thought I had told you". We finally get in. The exotic looking bed in the photo is no more than a plank of wood on which is thrown a springless lumpy mattress filled with matted cotton? or pieces of fabric? I still can't tell. The same filler has been used for every available cushion. No top sheet, just a black mattress cover and a dusty duvet. The canopy is a storage for all the dusty and dirty junk that one can think of to hurriedly hide when getting a surprise visitor. The curtain of the canopy is no more than rags spread over the roof and sides in a failed attempt to hide the junk piled on top and at each end of the bed. Impossible to sit in bed and lean back: No headboard. None of the towels matched the other. They were so worn that the terry cloth was gone and the towels reduced to cotton rags unfit even to wipe the oil off a car's dipstick. Every piece of the furniture that is made to look so attractive in the photo, is in terrible disrepair and has been collected from the trash heap of a low life flea market. Specially the sofa which is impossible to sit on without slipping off the edge and the chairs which wobble so much that we avoided using them for fear of losing my deposit if I sat on them and they fell apart. Within the first day, two short circuits burned three bulbs. Fortunately the circuit breakers were accessible and the remaining lights were restored each time. After three nights of tossing and turning on the torturous bed and with body aches to start each morning, we gave up and were able to find a hotel close by for the remaining three nights of our trip. The single star I...

  • Very nice studio in the heart of Montmartre. It is on a quiet street and very close to the Metro Abbesses, Place des Abbeses , and Sacre Couer. There are so many restaurants and bars in the neigborhood to chose from. Lubna was a wonderful host and was very good with communication and quick replies to our emails. The apartment has and old world charm to it and the bed is comfortable and beautiful! Very nice to have a washing machine and diswasher too! If you love Montmartre and Paris! You will love Lubna's Apartment!

Hello everybody, I m somebody who loves to travel a lot. I m living beetween Milan and Paris, Venice and Bratislava. I tried to made my places confortable in the quiet street, but first off all I like to stay in the old town of the city, with its historical architecture and where is nice to walk around in the day and night, full of shops, museums, art gallerys, restaurants, bars. I hope you will enjoy it too.
