B&Bilia it's located in the historical centre of Rome, really close to Vatican's museums and S.Peter's church.
The A metro station “Ottaviano” is only 2 minutes walking.
By this way, it's possible to reach Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, the Pantheon, the Colosseum and the Imperial fora in a few minutes.
You can arrive by metro without taking a taxi. From Termini's central station (connected with airports through train and bus) you only have to take the A metro, and go down after six stops, at “Ottaviano-S.Pietro” station.
The apartment, with high ceilings and very bright rooms, is located at the fourth floor of a typical building from 1900's (with elevator), and looks on to a silent street and a characteristic courtyard.
The quarter is quiet and full of services: shops (via Cola di Rienzo, 5 minutes walking, it's one of the principal shopping street) restaurants, pizzerias, and a beautiful cover market from 1900.
The apartment comprises a big living room, a kitchen, two rooms (with external bathroom to share) and my private room.
By request, is it possible to host a fifth person on a folding bed.
The kitchen is for private use only, but it's possible to utilize the fridge and eventually to heat up something.
The bathroom has a comfortable shower of 70x80cm. Every guest has his towels.
The rooms have their linen and covers.
There is no air conditioning, because of the big wall (60cm wide) that provide a good thermal insulation. Anyway, there's a fan in every room.

Cecilia was a great host. Her apartment is in an ideal spot to reach a lot of what Rome has to offer. The room was large. When in Rome next I will stay here again.
Cecilia was an incredible host. She was friendly, welcoming and very social.
The Apartment was well located, surrounding by good restaurants and cafes, Super market couple of streets away. The apartment was big, room was comfortable and breakfast is served every morning. Would definitely come back if ever visit Rome again.
I had a great experince staying with Cecilia. Everything was as described and the location is very convenient and safe.
I stayed for 5 nights in Sept 2014.
1. Great location, 2 blocks from metro and ten min walk to Vatican.
2. Clean and nicely furnished apartment.
3. Cecilia was fast to respond on email.
4. Breakfast was decent (good coffee maker) though I didn't notice the jams and fruit (unmarked in fridge) until the last day.
1. I never met the host over 5 days (maid let me in).
2. The room is the smallest room I have seen. The twin bed (actually only a pad, not a mattress) took up about half the room.
3. The room was very stuffy, and whenever I opened the window, Mosquitos would immediately come in.
4. There is only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms. The shower is tiny and didn't maintain a consistent temperature. I took 2-minute showers.
Overall, I was disappointed as I paid almost US$100 a night (including the special tax of 2 Euros a night which I had to pay separately). I like Cecelia, but I can only recommend the room if prices were 30-40% lower.
Andy, I'm very sorry about your comments. I normally take care about my guests, but sometimes it happens that I have to work, and this is not for my choice, but I have to , ) About the room, no one complained about dimensions, I really love that small cozy room... but I can understand this is different from one person to another. About mosquitos...it's not my fault, it happens (Rome is humid...). Bathroom is just for two rooms (I have my personal one), and it's well written in my house description. About the shower, I'm sorry, no one told me about that, otherwise I will surely call the technician. Finally, about the price, is the cheapest price you can find in the surrounding area : )
Cecilia was a great host. Her place was very clean and charming, she's very well-organized. I loved the Prati neighborhood, it was was very safe and quiet. Cecilia was very helpful with her recommendations and helping navigate around areas of Rome. I would highly recommend staying at her B & B and hope to be back again!
I loved staying with Cecilia. She was very friendly and helped finding te best spots of Rome near her place. The place is exactly like the pictures, cosy and very Italian :) Great place to stay i would definitely go back.
