It's normal for one night for this price. We staid there for one night. The room looks like photos. Not for a long time period, for one night it's ok.
It is very close to downtown, but neighborhood is not good. Lots of homeless people on the street. Parking is not convenient.
It was nice. Good staff, helped us to print ticket (free).
Unlimited free wifi
This was a great little hotel room; I was doing some working in the Tenderloin district and wanted to stay close by, this was a great option as a lot of places in the TL can not be so nice.
Lower Tenderloin is a transitional neighborhood, 'yes' it is loud at night and it is a lower income area. Nice enough personnel, basic room amenities. But if you are expecting back franchise-style business class lodging (Marriott, etc) this is not it. Damn good coffee in the morning and centrally located.
I had to shorten my stay for business travel and there was confusion between myself and the hotel admin on how to do this. Note, to adjust an existing reservation (shorten/lengthen), the feature is buried in the Airbnb website, it's not in the app. Call Airbnb to get to it.
Very kind people and good service for a fare service in San Francisco
The staff is nice. The area is not the best but just walk a few blocks away and you are in Union Square or wherever you want to go. The bus station right in front is convenient. Continental breakfast is nice, nothing fancy but nice to have. I would stay here again, especially for the price. Just ignore the crackhead bums around and you'll be fine. Don't use the corner store right under hotel it's overpriced, walk one block down if you can.
this is probably one of the worst hotels in SFO, terrible location (drugs everywhere, noise, fights in the streets, etc) and imcompetent personnel.
Pretty good value.
The hotel was nice, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was good and is situated very close to downtown but the area was a little scary
