Finally, it is possible to reach "the sea of Rome", on the coast of Ostia so easy: Bus stop 60 with the house and then train to the coast. We had a nice stay at this apartment. It was as advertised, and the host was there to meet us when we arrived even though we had a bit of difficulty finding the place. It is a bit from the "center" of Rome, but Rome is quite spread out anyways so regardless of where you stay you will need to walk/metro a bit. The area was very nice with groceries nearby, and it was quiet at night. Would recommend!
