A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends. A modern tropical house with open and integrated spaces, relaxed and sophisticated at the same time. Located in the exclusive "Hacienda Pinilla" community, it has exclusive access to the Beach Club*, wonderful beaches such as Little Hawaii, Mansita and Langosta.
The House has 4 en-suites with air-conditioning and TV, two kitchens: a super-equipped indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, swimming pool and SPA. Ask about extra "Cleaning & Cooking Service."

The space
Casa Serendipity is so cozy that your vacation will be different just because of the stay! We always take care of the details with affection and have a local collaborator to monitor the check-in, indicate the best programs and advise on unforeseen events. The kitchen is well equipped and we recently added a space with a barbecue next to the garden and swimming pool. Our favorite space in the house!
The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms in the suite feature an unusual garden.
A large covered balcony is an invitation to interact with family and friends!

Casa Serendipity is located within Residencial Las Brisas, in Hacienda Pinilla, Tamarindo. The swimming pool and spa are for the exclusive use of the guests.

Hacienda Pinilla is a traditional condominium located in Tamarindo (10km from downtown). Here you will find a place to gather family and friends to relax and rediscover the most desired and often forgotten things in everyday life. You can watch the spectacular sunset as you walk along a secluded beach or enjoy a walk among trees, birds, monkeys and iguanas. Within the complex are located a Spa hotel, a tennis and golf club, an exclusive Beach Club and 7 other communities.
In Hacienda it is possible to go MTB trails, horseback riding, play Golf, Tennis, Pickledball or football and the best waves for surfing.

The residential Las Brisas is very popular with families and has a small skate park and basketball court.

JW Marriot Ganacaste Resort and Spa is 2km from our house, inside this condominium. The hotel's restaurants are open to the general public.

Pinilla Market, a small market that serves residents and visitors of Hacienda Pinilla with great products for everyday needs is in Residencial Malinches, 5 minutes from Casa Serendipity.

Avellanas Beach is just a few minutes' walk away and also has bars along the beach. Surf school is a lot of fun.
