Guest access
We have several bus stops nearby and are just about 3 blocks to Eastern Market metro station. Uber and Lyft are also very popular in the city. You can also rent a Capital Bikeshare bike for the day just one block from the apartment.

Parking: All parking is zoned residential and typically requires a permit but...There is 2-hour street parking Monday-Friday 7AM-8:30PM which means you can park overnight from 6:30pm til the next morning 9am. Weekends are easier...you can park from Friday 6:30pm all the way through Monday at 9am without a permit! For other parking, there are often nearby spots and local garage deals on SpotHero. We are very walkable and close to the Metro, buses, and Bikeshare, and many guests don't use a car during their stay.

Other things to note
Due to the fact that these properties are historic, sound will travel from above. Hosts do respect the posted quiet hours, but if you need absolute silence, this may not be the best fit.
