Seascape at Heceta Beach: The Ultimate Spacious House on Heceta Beach! Just a 3-minute walk from the shore, offering three master suites with luxurious king beds. Spanning 3200 square feet, Seascape combines grandeur with coziness. Perched 20 feet above ground, it presents unparalleled beach views from every angle across three floors. The main level offers sightlines from the Jetty to Heceta Lighthouse. Experience a coastal getaway at Seascape!

The space
While most places in the area you'll need to be on a deck to enjoy whale watching, at Seascape you can cozy up by the warm fire and watch the waves and sunset on the plentiful couches or at the large dinner table. Not to be outdone, Seascape has an amazing wrap-around deck, and covered porch, allowing our guests to enjoy every speck of our stunning views. Our covered porch, with outdoor seating, gives you the chance to eat al fresco on our lovely Oregon Coast days.

The massive game room on the lower floor gives everyone a place to hang out and play with a huge supply of board games.

While the third level and loft offers two beds spaced far enough apart they have tons of privacy, and perhaps some of the best views in the house.

With three master suites all outfitted with King size beds, Seascape is perfect for multiple families and there is parking for six vehicles. On the main level, you’ll find a king bed master suite with a large bathroom where our breathtaking views can be seen from a jetted bathtub, there is also a shower in this bathroom. You'll find the kitchen/dining/main living area on this level.

Downstairs you'll find two more masters with king beds, one with an additional full bathroom and one with a half bath. On this level you will also find our rec. room/kids’ suite, four single beds make up this space, from the rec. room you have access to the deck (you can also reach the deck from the main steps to the house.

All bathrooms open to both the adjoined bedroom and the common area.

Our third floor is our loft bedroom with two queen beds, at over 400 square feet the loft allows both beds to have ample privacy.

The large chef’s kitchen offers marble counters and top of the line stainless appliances, VitaMix blender, Keurig coffee brewer, regular coffee pot, waffle iron, crockpot, instant pot, air fryer, Kitchenaid mixer, bread machine and instant hot water tap, as well as plenty of cabinet space for all your groceries. This is a kitchen ready to cook fantastic meals (or unpackaged take out from local restaurants, no judgement we do both). The dining table has 12 chairs. In addition, the large island has barstool seating for 4.

Both the living rooms and rec/slumber party room have large comfortable couches with enough space for everyone in the house. The main level has a 75-inch Smart-tv, rec room has a 70-inch Smart-TV

Each bedroom has a TV.

Part of our massive deck is covered, with a table that seats 6 as well as a large propane BBQ for all your grilling needs.

Seascape is a unique beach house built primarily on HUGE amazing pilings we are proud of them They allow most of our house to soar 20 feet above grade, this does, however, make our house difficult for those with mobility issues.
