About This Listing
This apartment is just where you want to be for your summer trip in Paris. Not only does it have a unique view
on the Sacré Cœur, but you will also be staying within walking distance of the City’s best : the cultural heritage
and the modern parisian way of life.
Head west up the Monmartre stairs to reach the typical Place du Tertre, an area which was the craddle of some of
the most prominent artists of the XXth century (Picasso, Van Gogh, Satie, Berlioz, Utrillo…), and has retained
over the years its unique village atmosphere.
Head east and dive into the hype. Rue de Clignancourt will take you straight to Sopi (South of Pigalle), an area
packed with some of the coolest bars and clubs in Paris, while Rue Ramey features some of the best Wine and
Cheese shops in town.
The appartment is 54m². It is sunny all day thanks to its double east and west exposure. It has one bedroom
and a big living room. Both have large windows with a view over the Sacré Coeur. The
appartment includes a bathroom with shower, fully equiped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and wine
cellar. A parking lot is also available.
Thank you Pierre for a wonderful stay in Paris! The apartment was perfect, amazing views and great location to restaurants and bars and transport. Pierre was great, met us when we arrived, offered some advice on local area - could not have asked more from a host. Great stay - we are looking forward to returning again.
The reservation was canceled 7 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Pierre is so cool. He was really helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, even when we arrived very late after a huge traffic jam. His apartment is absolutely gorgeous and the location is brilliant. I would LOVE to stay there again and i wish we had a few more days - great value!! It was like visiting an old friend.
Thank you Pierre!! :)
I can't fault Pierre's apartment and Pierre as a host. He was very helpful in giving hints for places to visit in the neighborhood of his apartment. The wine shop he suggested on Rue Muller was amazing! When we visit again we might just spend all of our time drinking wine. The apartment is a few minutes walking distance from the nearest metro and two metro stops for Gare du Nord, so the location is ideal. I would recommend Pierre's apartment to anyone visiting Paris.
We had a wonderful stay in Pierre's apartment. It is exactly as shown on the pictures and the view is amazing. Pierre was really kind and helpful with all the cuestions we had. This place is highly recommended and good value for the money
Pierre's apartment is exactly as in the pictures. The apartment is light filled with a stunning view of the Sacre Coeur. The view from the other side of the apartment (out the kitchen window) is also gorgeous, overlooking the famous chimneys of Paris.
This particular area of Montemartre is not yet gentrified. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops frequented by young artsy types. It is a very cool neighbourhood and has an air of authenticity.
If you don't want to eat at restaurants every night there is a working kitchen here. I cooked dinner with the local produce I bought in the area. Oven, cooktops, dishwasher, utensils and anything you can think of are already in this kitchen.
The building was probably built around the 70s and has a working lift, so you don't have to walk up to the 4th floor.
Pierre was a great host and told us all the places to eat, get groceries and all the stations available to us. He told us about a cool clothing store around the corner and also left work at midday to hand us the keys.
This is an incredible flat with one of the best views in Paris, you would not be able to find this with any hotel! The flat is absolutely gorgeous and Pierre was a perfect host leaving us wine and useful information about the area and where to eat. We really had a wonderful stay and being at the base of Montmatre meant we were close to lots of great places to visit. Definately coming back and recommending this to all our friends, thanks Pierre.
