Get creative in this music-inspired getaway above the iconic Friendly Music Community. Explore the instruments in the funky retreat, enjoy local live music in the bar, relax in the Coffee Lounge, take a music lesson at the Friendly Music School. If you are looking for a quiet stay, this unit is not the best choice. We have other units all listed with "Friendly" in the title. Nearby: Frank Lloyd Wright Home/Studio, Birthplace of Ernest Hemingway, easy train to downtown Chicago and Mag Mile.

The space
The apartment is above the Friendly Bar, which does play music throughout the day, and often has live music in the evenings. If you’re traveling with little ones, or need absolute quiet to sleep…this is not be the best location for you. Many of guests say the noise is not a problem for them, and others have said it was louder than they were expecting. We just want to ensure you are aware of the space that you are booking. Alternatively: The other 3 Friendly listings do not have the noise issue.
