Spacious and comfortable, our 4 bedroom, 1 bath home is perfect for families, friends, or small groups. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV with streaming and a fenced in yard for your four legged friends. Located just 2 blocks from downtown Princeton’s Main Street shops and restaurants, you’ll love the walkable location, privacy, and cozy feel from the moment you arrive.

The space
Built in 1876, this home is full of historic charm and character. Enjoy the original hardwood floors, beautiful woodwork, and classic pulley style windows along with the natural quirks of an older home, including squeaky floors and stairs that tell the story of its age.

Layout: The main level features the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a fireplace room/sitting area. Upstairs you’ll find 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. A futon is available in the living room if additional sleeping space is needed, and there is ample floor space for an air mattress.

Please note: Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes) is not permitted inside the home. A $150 fee will be charged if smoke odor is detected.
Lawn service may arrive any day of the week.
