About 350 meters far from St Peter’s basilica, in front of the historic centre, behind Trastevere and at the feet of Janiculum Hill, Plum is about 60 squared meters, ground floor.
Plum is constantly renovated, it’s made up of two private comfortable and cosy environments.
From one side a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and mini-bar; from the other side, an open-space with a larger bathroom, king size bed, living room with two single sofa-beds, a crystal table up to 6 seats, and a totally equipped at-sight kitchen.
Plum is in the same building of our other apartment Violet, so we are keen on hosting larger groups, up to eleven guests in the same building.
Our watchful eye to the latest Capital’s fashion gave birth to Urban Cool: our fun guide with the map of Rome, created to help all the people visiting Rome, to discover new local places and people, to make you try the experience of living this city as the real Romans (know how to) do.
Plum is in a commercial area, in a very quiet location, in front of the old centre, but with much different prices! Few steps take you to a big supermarket, any kind of shop, restaurant, winebar, and after 350 meters you are at the feet of St. Peter’s basilica, surrounded by all the services you may ever need.
The bus n.64 starts in front of the building (you'll always find seats!), passes through the historic centre and ends at Termini central station. In addition, two blocks away is the local train station San Pietro, and walking for two blocks towards the Vatican there is also a taxi stop.
No smoking, you can smoke outside.
Final Cleaning: 35 euro
Refoundable damage deposit: 200 euro to pay at check-in
Late check-in fee 20:00pm - 08:00pm: 50 euro
Municipality of Rome local tax: 2 euro per person per night
We enjoyed Rome. Our reservation and welcome process were excellent. Communication was very good and timely. The apt was adequate but a bit small... Likely typical of big city. Beds set up nicely and apartment had comfortable amenities. Showers were a bit rough around the edges, one of them quite small, If you book the two bedroom, note that it's really a one bedroom with conversion of living area Into sitting/eating and sleeping room. Location is safe and as relates to noise.... Urban quiet. In other words, its a quiet neighborhood but in an apt complex so you hear others comings and goings in building. Need to take bus to get around; the stop is very close. And its a 10 min walk to at Peter's. Irina was a lovely host meeting us on time and giving us tons of advise about getting around. She communicated excellently and was very friendly.
The host is very nice and the apartment is very lovely. We like the decoration quite a lot. And the location is very convenient, right next to Vatican. And very near to the bus station which can take you to the most of tourism sights.
Because my booking wasn't managed properly by the host, we moved to another apartment as a solution. The apartment is new and good for 4 people, but a little dust on the bed. The host Katia is very helpful and nice!Thank you!
We stayed 3 nights in this apartment. It was in a good location. The apartment was great for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very spacious. Close to a supermarket. Would recommend this for groups or families.
The apartment in Rome is very nice. We had four people and this place provided plenty of space and the two bathrooms was really nice! The apartment was very clean with great Wi-Fi, the beds were very comfortable with clean linens and very clean furnishings. The check in was smooth with no problems. The only caveat I have is that the apartment is about a 20-30 min bus ride from the city center (colossum-Trevi Fountain-Forum etc)and bus 64 which serves this neighborhood is an extremely popular bus that was packed most of the time. It caused some minor frustration. Its very close to the Vatican and going there was a piece of cake. The neighborhood itself is great! Lots of cool restaurants and small shops--very nice!
