It was my first time staying in Brooklyn , so thankfully Chelsea had made a list of places to eat and visit.
The loft was bigger than I expected, the bed was so soft!! Each night my friend and I comfortably knocked out. We also thought we were the only ones there. There are 3 rooms she rents out, but it was super fun because we ended up hanging out with the 'neighbors' a couple times.
I loved it here
I didn't get the opportunity to meet Chelsea being that she had left for a tip but she had made it really easy for me to check in by leaving the keys in a place in which they very easy to pick up. She also made sure I had her sister's number just in case something went wrong….which it never did... but just in case. Oh, and the chocolates she leaves on the bed, phenomenal.
Overall, the area in which she is in is good. There are a few subway stops nearby and getting in to Manhattan and even to downtown was a breeze. It should also be noted that there are a few good coffee shops nearby but you really have to look for them. They are hidden amongst the charming Brooklynesque-street-art-riddled brick buildings. Mountain Province is new and it takes credit!
We had such a great time at Chelsea's. The apartment is ideally situated (Williamsburg is a great neighborhood and very close to manhattan) Chelsea always makes sure to accommodate you .she is very understanding to your (email hidden)e place is gorgeous and everything is extremely clean.
She is very eager to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and although we didn't have much time together, she was so nice to us and had always great recommendation about where to eat and what to do.
I really recommend you to stay at Chelsea's, you won't regret it. In fact if I ever have to come back to NYC I will check her availability first.
It was great staying at Chelsea's in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. She was very friendly and had lots of great recommendations for things to do and place to eat/drink. The room had everything we needed and the place is in a great location.
Chelsea's loft is warm and solid; her recommendations were on point and the location was easy to navigate. Thanks Chelsea. :o)
I messed up my dates which meant I couldn't stay with Chelsea on my actual dates! Chelsea was really good at sorting the mistake and contacting airbnb for me.
Staying at Chelsea's apartment was simply wonderful. She takes good care about her guests and is always available if you ask her for an advice.
We felt very comfortable living with her, it was a great atmosphere. When we first entered our room, we found a list of bars, restaurants, and other hot spots that she recommended around the area.
It was our first experience on airbnb and in hindsight we are very happy that we chose Chelsea's apartment over a hotel room. We enjoyed living with her, could save a lot of money, get great travel advices from her and also made new friends.
We would definitely come back to her apartment!
I was so pleased that I booked this Designer Loft for so many reasons: Safe neighborohood , a short distance the the L Track , 1 stop from Williamsburg , local food retailers excellent and of course a wonderfully kind and caring host who treated me like one of her friends. Chelsea helped me so much - I would always choose this Air BNB pad in the future. Okay it's not the centre of NYC but how else would I have found Williamsburg such a fantastic place to wonder around , eat , drink and generally loose myself in so many Retro & Vintage shops. One of the added enjoyments staying at Chelsea's place is that you get to meet people from around the globe - I love the idea of communal living , sharing is what it's all about. Chelsea's Loft is so well laid out , so much space , lovely bathroom 2 things I look for in a place to stay -comfy bed and a good shower head : ) great access to internet , just overall Chelsea has really utilised the space very well. I loved it . Thanks Chelsea .
Chelsea was really personal and felt like an elder sister that I never had. I enjoyed the small gestures that she did -- truffle chocolates on the table and little soaps on our beds.
The house was exactly like in the pictures -- really photogenic and like a greenhouse. Super super pretty and some days I'd rather stay home than explore the city because it is just that captivating. Even the dustbins were pretty :)
One little thing that I wish could be better was the bed -- it was really squeaky and I wasn't quite used to making sounds whenever I get on and off it. But if you're not too picky with that, you're going to love Chelsea's place! Located about 10-15 mins walk to the nearest metro but a lot of convenient stores and food places in the vicinity. I would recommend her place to all young people who wanna have a taste of the Williamsburg's hippie vibe!
Everything was sooo great, perfect week at Chelsea's
The loft is huge, well located and full of friendly people
And Chelsea, she's so nice, i've just met my new friend in NYC!!
Looking forward to seeing her in Paris <3
