This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Brand New 4 level Building. 320 sq mtrs :) My place is in the City experience . You’ll love my place because of the size and the stylish ambiance. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

The space
This urban oasis located a few mins from the Cebu Business Park. 5mins to SM Cebu, 5mins to ayala mall. The building itself has the following features: Fast Internet Connection, Home theater, Bar. The apartment has an appealing mix of wood, glass, chrome and stainless steel in its interiors, creating a fascinating modern look. The kitchen is complete with everything you need. Large fridge,microwave, electric cook top, oven to roast and bake. There are 5 bedrooms, One is with King size bed, Onsen bath tub ,the other bedrooms has queen size bed. Living area has comfy sofa, , Big television in the Ground floor, The dining area has table and can sit up to 8 people. The Outdoor Roofdeck is awesome at night!

Our in-house care taker serves as a private butler/maid to attend to your needs. Security guard is also provided at night time.
