Situated at the back of a wooded 2 acre lot, only 10 minutes from downtown Greenville, this is a little oasis in the city! While most treehouses take you on a "roughing it" adventure, Cozy Treehouse is the glamping version of treehouses, boasting 9' ceilings, 1.5 baths, 3 LED TV's and many outdoor living options. If you are looking for a unique getaway just minutes from one of the top growing cities in the south, Cozy Treehouse is the perfect destination for you.

The space
There is a kitchenette (no stovetop or large oven but all other kitchen amenities including microwave, convection toaster oven and coffee maker), and main living room on the main level flanked by a stunning, 20-foot height "A" frame window wall strategically placed for total views of the surrounding woods. This central space serves as the perfect area for reading, relaxing, and late-night movies. Additionally, this space connects to a one-of-a-kind, take-your-breath-away powder room and adjacent laundry closet. To complete the Treehouse experience on the main floor, an open-air deck and screened-in porch are additional R & R spaces. With trees within arm's reach of the view, this is a relaxing space on a warm afternoon. If you're looking for a more climate-controlled option in the trees, the screened-in porch provides both a heater and outdoor TV.

Upstairs, a large, open foyer welcomes you with built-in bunk beds and an inviting, cargo net hammock that floats over the downstairs (perfect for reading or taking a nap!). Adjacent to the primary suite, a ladder leads to a rooftop deck, nestled in the tree canopy! On the rooftop deck, you'll find the perfect spot for early morning yoga or meditation, witnessing beautiful sunsets, and stargazing.

Finally, you will arrive in the primary bedroom with 12' vaulted ceilings and accent lighting. One bedroom wall is comprised entirely of full height windows overlooking the woods. Electronic blackout blinds for every window allow for later mornings for those who need the darkness for rest. For those who love to watch movies in bed, this space includes an LED 55" tv. The entry to the primary bath is a beautiful, custom, barn door that, when pulled back, reveals a stunning full bathroom which includes a large vanity, linen tower, and spacious walk-in shower. Last but not least is a little surprise: a door off of the shower leads to a private outdoor shower complete with bug screening (what Treehouse is complete without an outdoor shower?!).

All 3 TV's are smart TV's where you can access any of your streaming services. We offer YouTube TV as our cable option (please do not log out of our account).

Guest access
Follow the gravel driveway past the house, down the hill, to the left of the cabin and to the back of the lot at the base of the treehouse.
Limited parking. No more than two cars at the treehouse.

Other things to note
The treehouse is listed as not suitable for children under 12. If your children are over the age of 5, you may request that they can stay. The treehouse does have features that can be dangerous to children, and depending upon age, require constant adult supervision. Cozy Treehouse assumes no responsibility over the safety of your children if access is granted.

Please be aware that there is a nearby railroad track where you can hear the train running a few times a day and some during the night. A box fan is provided to help with noise if needed.

No wedding inquiries, large or small. There are two other rentals on our property and we cannot accommodate any events, even small ones.

We also have an Airbnb cabin on the same property if you have other family or friends in your group!
