Clean slippers and towels are prepared. We arrange up to 3 sofa beds for extra guests if more than 2 guests.

Washing machine and dryer are offered to guests staying 7 days or longer.

One living room with 3 single sofa beds, coffee tables and a dining area with several chairs, a couch and a 2-meter long dining table

One bedroom with a 1.8m x 2m bed

One kitchen with all cooking equipments, a boiler, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and a dish washer

One bathroom with a toilet, a basin, a shower and a bath tub

One anti room

We bought new furniture for the flat.
We care about the details, such as a comfortable king-size bed and light-blocking curtains.
We care about the quality of life! : )

【About the location】
The flat is located in residential area (not in shopping areas).

You could easily use the tramway (the tramway station Unionkreuzung is 5 min away by walk/1min away by bus) to the area with museums, shopping malls and Danube River.

Tickets are available on the ticket machines at the bus/tram stations.
