The space
The condo is equipped to sleep 4 adults 2 children and one baby or toddler. The master bedroom sleeps two on a queen size bed. The guest bedroom sleeps two with twin beds. The bunk room sleeps two children. A pack-n-play is also provided for babies and toddlers and can be moved throughout the space as needed. You will enjoy a comfy yet tasteful living room area, dining area, large patio with outdoor furniture, full kitchen, hi-speed internet, and smart TV.

There is free parking for 2 vehicles. There is parking for two vehicles in front of the condo. The Sandestin® Resort does not allow rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses.
Other things to note
★ House Keeping ★
Housekeeping provides a starter supply of linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, washer pods, toiletries, etc. Housekeeping will inspect and inventory the condo after each departure. Please do not re-arrange furniture.
★ Surveillance Device Disclosure ★
We have a security camera that records video and audio of those entering the home from both the front and back porch. There are no recording devices inside the home. The cameras are cut off after guest have successfully checked in.
★ Guest Access ★
The condo is exclusively yours, with exception to the owner’s closets, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
★Departure ★
Early arrivals without permission, or late departures are not accepted. It is critical that we have ample time to clean and inspect the property prior to your arrival and the arrival of the next guest. If you check out late you will be charged for an additional day, and any refund necessary to accommodate the next guest, as you are preventing them from taking possession of the property.
★ Beach Rules★
Dogs are not allowed on the beaches. Violators are subject to a fine, even for the first offense.
★ No Smoking ★
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo or on the screened patio. This is a non-smoking condo. Smoking leaves the condo in a condition that is not suitable for the next guest. Violators will be charged for additional cleaning and remediation fee.
★ Stairs ★
The condo has three stairs leading up to the front door landing, and 2-3 stairs leading down to the master bedroom and back patio. Due to the three sets of small stairs the condo is not fit for those with disabilities that cannot walk up or down stairs, or that may require large doorways or ramps, etc.

★ Additional Information & Rental Agreement ★
Upon booking this reservation you will be required to sign and submit your signature as part of our rental & golf cart agreement. This requirement is in accordance and compliance with local ordinances and laws specific to short term rentals.
The person booking the condo must be a minimum of 25 years old. The person booking must be present and occupy the rental along with any member of the booking party for the entire duration of the stay. We do not allow people to use other people’s accounts, such as Airbnb, to book reservations on their behalf. Parties and Events on the property are strictly prohibited.
★ Mother Nature ★
We are in close proximity to water, wooded areas, and heavy vegetation. You may see or encounter wildlife such as racoons, opossums, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, lizards, palmetto bugs, silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do have a pest control service in and outside the condo to reduce the incidence of bugs. We cannot control mother nature; therefore, we do not refund for instances as noted above in addition to inclement weather, power outages, or unforeseen circumstances.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
