About This Listing
Finally it's ready! My last apartment has been deeply renovated, new bed, new forniture, and new looking :) I took inspiration from my other listing studio panorama who is on top of this apartment. The good thing about this new apartment is that it's extremely sunny!! And the big windows are a real plus during the chilling night of Rome.. Of course we have respected our standard and wifi-a/c and washing machine are available! From my prospective this is the best apartment of the entire building but you choose :)
My name is Tommy and I have been living in Rome for all my life, well also in N.Y. and Madrid, but Rome have been calling me back many times! now I hope you will come visit this amazing city to get lost in a urban adventure you wan't forget for all your life. I will be happy to accomodate you and make your stay comfortable and above all like a Roman!
All my apartments in this building have wifi, washing machine, plasma tv, and A/C plus fresh towels.
Trust me,the apartments in this building are all in the center, the real center, Giulius cesa was murdered 200mt from this place, so dont worry, you can walk everywere from here, no taxi, no bus no traffic, like uncle Giulius was doing 2000 years ago.
Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, the Vatican City and all the main attractions of the Eternal City are from 3 min walking to 30 min walking
As you can see from the map, we a between pizza Navona and campo dei fiori
If you want, you can take my advices to help you discover the beautiful Rome: tourist guides, maps and you can have a copy of the daily routes to visit the eternal city.
As Roman i suggest you to stay in campo dei fiori! the most central area of Rome. Even if I have properties in colosseum, piazza di spagna and other areas of Rome, I always suggest to take apartments in this zone because you won't spend money in taxi or in other publiic trasportation!
Apartment Studio Panorama is located in the best and most exciting parts of Rome; Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, surrounded by outdoor cafes and restaurants, within short walking distance to everything you came to see and experience in the eternal city.
This one room stylish studio apartment is an open living space, decorated in a mix of modern and classical, with a double queen size bed for two people, a nice bathroom with a tube shower and a fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining area, for preparing snacks or meals when you feel like dining in.
There’s plasma TV and a washing machine plus the wifi connection.
Though right in the heart of the city, the apartment is in a quiet street, in a friendly Roman neighborhood where you’ll find the best restaurants, bars, open food markets and street cafes as you explore the ancient winding cobble stoned streets.
I suggest you to check or to request one of the maps of Rome of (website hidden)
I will be sure you will find one in your apartment as soon as I get some of them, over there you can find all the info about Rome plus discounts and inside tips of the labirint city!
Also Remind me to send you the email about the nice spots of Rome
Please do non throw toilet paper in the wc because pipelines can be blocked. Avoid scratching the walls with the bags please...
I arrived in Rome on a Wednesday via Ciampino airport and the host was kind enough to arrange a taxi pick me up in the airport and take me to the flat, where the hosts friend Fabio met me, showed me the flat and details about the apartment and gave me suggestions on where to eat.
The flat is just like the pictures and perfect for anyone who wants a private and wonderful stay in Rome.
I didn't use any public transport during my week stay in room and the flat permitted me to walk anywhere in Rome due to its closeness to most of the mayor attractions of Rome.
We didn't have any problems at all in the flat and Fabio was always attentive to the messages I sent him and have no complaints at all
Thank you Fabio for everything, will stay here the next time I'm in Rome
Tommy (and Fabio) were wonderful hosts. They provided helpful info before and during our stay and were responsive to our questions while we were in Rome. They really made us feel welcome. The apartment was accurately described - really charming area - though still smaller than I had anticipated (I've never seen such as small shower but it worked fine). The only unfortunate "surprise" was the noise from the Jazz club across the street. We hadn't expected that and it made it hard to sleep. The area of Campo de Fiori is fantastic. We would definitely come back to an apartment that Tommy hosts in the area - though maybe next time a bit larger and quieter. Grazie!
We went Rome on April 2015 with another couple and both stayed at two appartments of Tommy's in the same building for 5 nights. Once we arrived Fabio was waiting for us to give us the keys and welcome us. Very kind and helpful. We both stayed at the 3rd floor, Tommy arranged for us two appartments at the same floor side by side. Ok the building is old (like every building in the centre of Rome) but inside the appartment is just new & renovated. It has a small kitchen and all the equipment to cook or make a coffee (useful), aircondition, wifi (also needed) and the bathroom was very clean (like home). Hot water all the day all the hours (!!!!) The bed is just new and very comfortable & relaxing (believe me you need a good sleep after hours of walk). Also had clean towels. The situation of the house in the centre of historical Rome is just PERFECT. You don't need any transportation at all. Campo di Fiori 2 minutes by foot, Piazza Navona-Pantheon 5 minutes, Piazza Venezia-Capitolio 10 minutes, Colloseum 20 minutes), everything is close!!! We also walked to the Vatican (30 minutes) and believe me we prefer walking through the small roads of Rome. It's just beautiful. Near home we found a very nice and cheap cafe for the breakfast ( piazza Toro Argentino) and there are also restaurants around. Last day Tommy came to meet us and goodbye us. He is a great person, very friendly!!! The only bad thing of the appartment was the stairs to the 3rd floor. Generally, great place to stay, situation of building PERFECT in the Centre of Rome, appartment clean-relaxing-very good, Tommy very friendly. We had perfect time.
Tommy's place was in the perfect location in the center of Rome where every famous destinations were in walking distance. The apartment was well furnished, cozy, comfortable and well maintained. Tommy was the best host I could ever ask for and he made my stay in Rome more enjoyable. It was my first time using airbnb and it was a perfect experience. I would definitely stay here again in future when I visit Rome again. Many thanks!!

Amazing first Airbnb experience! Tommy is a great host, always available and making things easy. He had a great tip when we couldn't find a nice restaurant and brought over additional blankets because my girlfriend had a little cold. The flat is just as on the pictures, very clean and great location. Travestere is a 10 minute walk, p. Navona 5 min, Vatican, Spanish steps and colusseum 20. Would definitely recommend this place. Many thanks for everything!

About the Host, Tommy
I've been called by the guys of Airbnb because my profile description was too short so here I'm , writing something about myself wich I hate more.. I'm traveller like you guys,! when I have some Euros left in my bank account I just grab the first ticket and I go! I think there is nothing more that share experience between humans when they are travelling... we all need to travel, we are modern nomads looking for emotions and for that we....
