Our four seasons offer something for everyone. The fishing is spectacular and the rivers are amazing to swim in. Ft. Kent hosts a yearly dog sled race and muskie derby! We have our own ski resort, hospital, university, coffee shops, downtown shopping, craft brewery, and several bars and restaurants. The property is located 0.4 miles from the center of town, 0.2 miles from the University of Maine at Ft. Kent, and 1.5 miles from Northern Maine Medical Center. The house has been completely renovated with luxury in mind. There is a fully stocked professional kitchen with a cooktop, built-in oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and farm sink.
