Welcome to our chic industrial 1-bedroom loft in downtown Detroit, overlooking the riverfront. Enjoy open-concept living with exposed brick, hardwood floors, and natural light. Unwind in the cozy living room, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and relax in the plush bedroom. This multi-use creative space also serves as a photography studio, perfect for capturing stunning visuals. Walking distance from the Riverwalk, explore other nearby attractions like the The Pink Night Club & the River Walk!

The space
• This space, located in an older building, captures an industrial, urban vibe with its exposed brick walls and raw, unfinished details.

• This is not a luxury hotel. While it's not a luxury unit, it offers a unique character and charm that reflects its history.

• During the summer months the loft can get really warm as the building is older and does not have central air conditioning. However, there is a portable A/C unit in the loft and fans that helps cool the space down.

• Please note, the building's elevator is currently out of service, but the third-floor unit is accessible via a short climb of approximately 40 steps. Ideal for those who appreciate a more authentic, urban loft style environment.

Guest access
• The entire loft is available to use.

•You will receive checkin instructions the day of checkin

•You will be able to access keys via lockbox.
There is a fee of $150 for lost keys.

•Reminder: This is a vintage multi-use loft space and building. It is not a luxury hotel. Lol

•Creatives use this space as well for photo shoots. Feel free to capture content during your stay.
