Our Modern Farmhouse is full of natural light and quality finishes. There is a king sized bed on the main level, 2 twin beds in the loft & a queen sized pull out sofa in the living area. A gourmet kitchen. Situated only 10 mins from Magnolia & Baylor University, this home completed in 2017 is close to everything downtown but has the peace and quiet of the Country.

There is no TV but there is excellent WiFi available!

The house is located directly across the street from Cafe' Homestead and the Homestead Craft Village, and a great place to take kids and grab a locally grown meal. There is also great shopping here as well as a wonderful coffee shop! There is a gated entrance and it is located in a safe neighborhood outside the busy city of Waco!
