PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION: This is an EVENT SPACE with a base HOURLY RATE of $75/hour for events and parties, or $50/hour for dance classes and small workshops, plus cleaning fees (for events) and Airbnb processing fees. We are require 50% of the total booking to reserve. Booking made under 72-hours must be paid in full to reserve. Reserved bookings can be moved for rescheduling, but NOT cancelled for a refund.

This studio space is perfect for a variety of events, including dance classes, workshops, parties, private dinners, private meetings, and more.
