I live in a condo on the top floor. There are great views off the city from our balcony. The flat is situated on the edge of central London (zone 1)
The walls of the apartment are covered in art work and guests are always amazed by the interesting style of the place. Come see the guest wall filled with polaroid photos of the amazing people that have stayed in our home. Most importantly I am very sociable, friendly and always interested in meeting new people. I spend much of my time showing guests the unique and interesting things to do in London that you would never find in a travel guide.
During your stay you will be provided with your own private room, towels, hair dryer, staightner and fresh bed linen. You are more than welcome to use all the facilities including the kitchen, bathroom, wash/dryer and wifi.
Interaction with Guests
The apartment is right in the heart of all the interesting things to do in East/Central London. 3 minute walk from my flat there is the famous Brick Lane Street which is home to many vintage shops, restaurants and bars. Every weekend there is Spitalfields market and every Sunday Brick lane market and Columbia Road Flower market. The whole neighbourhood is covered in street art and attracts the best artists in the world. Being a fellow artist myself if you would like a tour of local street art i would be more than happy to show you around.
Im often getting up to pretty interesting things around london, be it restaurants, bars, unicycle hockey, skateboarding, ultimate frisbee, conquet, roller blading, picnic in the park or creating street art. You are always be welcome to join.
Hope to see you soon
My neighbourhood, 'Shoreditch' is my favourite neighbourhood, I must admit I've been weeks without leaving this area. I love it because it has everything you need, cool bars, clubs and vintage shops all within a ten minute walk of the apartment.
The apartment could not be better connected to the 24 hour bus system in London and the underground. We are in the middle of 5 different underground stations. We are only 15 minute walk from Liverpool street station, 5 minutes from Shoreditch station, 10 minutes from Bethnal green, Whitechapel and Aldgate east stations. We are 300m from the Brick Lane.
Other Things to Note
There are 4 supermarkets with long opening hours very close .
Please treat our house like you would treat your own. That includes, shoes off at the front door please.
Make yourself at home :)
This place was a great location for our vaca in London. A short easy walk from the tube. Clean. Welcoming with local suggestions and supplies to borrow like umbrella and outlet converters. Rosy very hospitable. Enjoyed a nice cup of tea and conversation!
We stayed for one night with Rosy, Peter was out of town, but we loved our stay. Right from the get go Rosy made us feel right at home, gave us some directions to find some food around us, and her and I had a little acoustic jam sesh. Her and the apartment felt very welcoming and I would recomend anyone stay there if the opportunity arises.
Lovely flat, though very close to noise of train tracks. Was comfortable and clean. Rosy herself was friendly and helpful, even though there was a mix up with our room.
The flat was comfortable, clean, and safe. It was located in a great location, a short walk to all that Shoreditch has to offer, and easily accessible via the Central underground stop at Bethnal Green. Rosy was a great host and Peter was very communicative from the outset of the booking. I really enjoyed my stay!
Rosy is an amazing host, and the home is beautiful!! This was my first airbnb experience, and it definitely makes me want to do it more often. The rooms are bright with sunlight in the morning, and the artwork is so captivating and really makes you feel connected to the city. Rosy was laid back and very helpful in pointing out things to do around the city. She made us feel at home from the moment we got there. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone.
Rosy was brilliant! A great host, very welcoming. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and my boyfriend was impressed, (I had booked it as a surprise for him).
Rosy was on hand to help with anything and offered maps, chargers and advice on anything we needed.
I would definitely stay again.
Had a fantastic time, Rosy was so friendly and accommodating. They took very good care of us, even when we had a bit of difficulty getting in at 1am! Clean, tidy etc. Good facilities. Great location.

About the Host, Rosy Carr
Hi my name is Rosy and I live right in the middle of one of the one most interesting neighbourhoods in London called Shoreditch.
The flat is a unique space and many different artists have made this flat so beautiful, it is worth coming to just see it for yourself!
I'm Italian and fluent in 3 languages, Italian Spanish and English. I love practising my linguistic skills with my guests and learning new languages too!
My passion is music (trying to learn play guitar), cook (Italian style) and outdoor activities such as loangboarding, rollerblading and juggling. I hope to share some of my passion with my guests.
I live in the apartment and really enjoy meeting and hosting guests from all around the globe!
It’s lovely meeting new people and i'm always happy for my guests to tag along when i'm going out for food and drinks.
I believe that a world traveller is the ideal host. I want to make sure my guests have the best time possible. Airbnb is more of a lifestyle than a business, I enjoy making new friends.
I look forward to meeting you :)
