The space
Welcome to The Ephraim House, part of the Houses of Door collection. Thoughtfully designed for families and friends traveling together, this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath retreat comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests with plenty of room to gather, relax, and spread out.
The main level features three bedrooms. The spacious king suite includes a private full bathroom, while the Beach Room and Woods Room each feature a queen bed and are conveniently located near another full bathroom. The open-concept living area offers comfortable seating around a beautiful stone fireplace and flows into the chef’s kitchen, where a 12-foot island, generous counter space, and a large dining table make everything from morning coffee to family dinners easy to enjoy together.
The walkout lower level provides additional space to relax, with another king bedroom, a bunk room featuring two full-over-full bunk beds, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower. A large 65-inch 4K television, comfortable seating, video games, and board games create an additional place for guests to unwind. Two adult-size twin rollaway beds are also available for added sleeping flexibility.
Step outside to enjoy the raised deck with fire table, lower-level patio, gas grill, and outdoor fire pit. The private six-person hot tub sits just outside the walkout lower level and is professionally maintained year-round, making it just as inviting after a summer day on the water as it is during a snowy Door County getaway.
Guests also have use of four adult bicycles, two paddleboards, and a kayak for exploring Ephraim and nearby Eagle Harbor. High-speed WiFi, smart TVs, in-unit laundry, and thoughtful amenities throughout the house make both shorter getaways and extended stays comfortable and easy.
The Ephraim House offers the space and flexibility larger groups appreciate while still feeling warm, comfortable, and inviting throughout.
