The space
This rental is one of four on the property. The main entrance is accessed with a key pad, as well as your individual unit. You will need to go up a flight of stairs to enter the unit. Our community is very quiet, we ask that you monitor your noise level in the main entrance and during the night.

The living room is cozy. There is access to a private porch built off the living room. The morning sun radiates through the sliding glass doors, offering a peaceful, warm environment to get your day started.

The kitchen is equipped to cook a full meal, with table settings for 4 people.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed. They are stocked with plenty of pillows, and extra blankets. The closets are large, you will have ample amount of space to put your belongings. The bedrooms have black out shades, just in case you want to sleep in without the disturbance of daylight.

Wall unit located in living room for heat and AC. Baseboard heating available in each room if needed.

We also have a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience.

Wifi is available on premises.

2 free parking spaces available on premises. Please be conscious of how you park to make space for other guests. During the winter, there is no parking allowed in the street from 2am-6am due to snow plowing.

Please ensure that all members of your group are made aware of our house rules. We expect you to return the property to us in the same condition in which you received it, aside from bedding and towels, which we will turn over.

Before checkout, please make sure that all trash is located inside the kitchen garbage can and/bathroom garbage can. If you have extra bags, please tie them and keep in kitchen.
Any dirty dishes can be placed in the dishwasher to be cleaned.
Please lock the doors upon leaving and send us a message upon checking out.

Our cleaners work hard to ensure the property is perfect for each group. Please respect their time by checking out promptly at 10am.
