Unwind at this romantic getaway nestled in the beautiful Bristol Hills, just minutes away from Bristol Ski Resort, Canandaigua and Honeoye Lakes. This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The space
From the moment you arrive, this charming cottage welcomes you with its serene setting, nestled between the flowing creek and tranquil woods like a scene straight out of a fairytale. Begin in the sunroom, where large windows provide a panoramic creek view, a large desktop and cozy seating create a perfect spot for relaxation or work.

The living area features a beautiful stone fireplace, an oversized loveseat, bay window, and a small dining table, perfect for two. The updated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and offers ample cupboard space for all your needs.

Step into the master suite, where a queen size bed, full closet, and compact washer and dryer await. Note that the full bathroom is open to the bedroom, with no separate door, making for a unique, suite-style experience.

Outdoors, unwind in the private, year-round hot tub and enjoy the outdoor seating by the creek complete with a fire pit for an unforgettable evening under the stars.

Convenient driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

Guest access
A short driveway along the creek provides parking for up to 2 vehicles, followed by a unique approach to the cottage: a wooden footbridge over the creek leads to a gravel path and a few stone steps up to your door.

We supply a cart to help you easily transport your luggage. The cottage features keyless entry via a smart lock, and you’ll have the entire cottage to yourself.

Please note that there is another home on the property, and guests there may also use shared areas, including the footbridge, driveway, and luggage cart. The cottage is the home on the left.

Other things to note
The cottage is located in a peaceful, rural wooded setting, and some aspects of country living may be new to some guests.

• The property has well water and a septic system. While the water is filtered and safe, some guests prefer to bring bottled water for drinking.

• Staying in the woods comes with the potential for encountering wildlife and critters. We have deterrents/traps in place to keep away unwelcome or bothersome critters and insects, and we ask that guests avoid leaving food or trash outside and clean up any indoor messes promptly. Bug and tick repellent is recommended when spending time outdoors during warm months.

• There is another guest house on the property that may be occupied during your stay. Some outdoor areas, including the driveway and footbridge, are shared. Please be mindful of quiet hours to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.

• Please note that for safety reasons there are two exterior security cameras on the property. Both face the driveway and footbridge and are on at all times. Please do not block or tamper with the cameras in any way.

• We are unable to provide refunds due to wildlife, inclement weather or natural disasters, which are out of our control, including snow or ice, high winds, electrical storms, power outages, flooding, etc.
