The property is 150 acres spanning all the way to Temecula so you are free to hike around. It’s part of a nature reserve, running creeks, harsh terrains, with wild animals including coyotes, rabbits, snakes, so be on alert.
Warning: Coyotes have been spoted by the main residence, please ALWAYS accompany children when outdoor.

There is always a professional thorough, sanitizing
cleaning between guests.
The Pool is NOT heated but the Jacuzzi is always hot.
The pool gets cleaned once a week on Thursdays and there may be leaves or debris in the pool if you check in any other day than Thursday. There are too many trees in the yard to keep it clean everyday. There is a skimmer available for guests use.
You can use the fireplaces and sometimes we have wood available. Please ask our property manager upon arrival. **FROM MAY UNTIL NOVEMBER, NO FIRE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE ARE ALLOWED**
House Rules:
10pm-7am No-Noise Ordinance
The name of all guests is required at least a week prior to arrival.
Ages of Guests under the age of 18 yrs old are required.
No Parties Allowed without written permission and an additional fee. We have an on-site property manager.
No Smoking Allowed.
No Drugs Allowed.
No Pets Allowed.
No Loud Noise after 10pm.
Overstay after check out will be charged $250 per hour or a fraction.
Violating any of the above rules will cause a fee
of $2,000 per occurrence.
Pets: This is not a pet-friendly unit. Pets are not allowed. Violation of this policy will result in immediate rental cancellation.
* In California, pretending to be an owner of a service dog is a criminal misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 (and/or up to six months imprisonment). California law, like federal law, doesn't require that emotional support animals be allowed in public places.
*Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
* Service animals must not be left in our house alone. Under the ADA service dog laws, service animals must be under the control of their handler at all times
Security Cameras are located Outside Only. Tampering with the camera will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and reported to Airbnb.
We DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, no corporate events unless with prior written approval and acceptance of additional Event Fees.
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.
We strive to keep all amenities in working order but if any major amenities such as the AC, Pool or Spa can't be used because of a malfunction, we will refund the guest $100 per occurrence per day if cannot be repaired the same day. We have an on-site property manager.
Please dispose of trash in bins located by gate entrance and do not leave outside of the house as it will attract mice and pests. We are not responsible for mice or pests if trash is not disposed of properly.
