Located only 6 blocks from the historic Whiskey Row, a short 10 minute walk, 5 minute drive or $5 dollar Uber. You'll love the great proximity to all that Prescott has to offer but still appreciate the privacy of our quiet home.

Please be advised the the fireplace is not functional and and not an offered amenity.
We appreciate that guests love the decor in our home, so much so that, occasionally guests take some of our decor home with them! We have also had guests sneak pets onto the property without talking to us first about it. Due to the frequency of this occurring we have been forced to add a security deposit to cover damages to the home and missing decor and extra cleaning fees resulting from pets staying on the premises.
