We're happy to introduce you to our wonderful cocoon.

The space
Our 120 m2 apartment can accommodate up to 8 adults.

It is located on the ground floor of our estate and enjoys private access.
The apartment is independent in our family property.

It is composed of a large living room with all the comforts you will need during your stay : sofa, TV (netflix, amazon prime) internet.

The kitchen is very well equipped, you can make lots of good dishes. Coffee machine (tassimo), hob, oven, microwave, pots, dishes... Everything is for you!

Regarding beds, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, including 3 double beds, (and 1 child bed as a bonus!).
On the lounge side, you can use a 2-seater sofa bed.

A large bathroom is at your disposal with walk-in shower and bathtub.

For young children, I will be delighted to provide you with everything you need to travel lightly : crib, highchair, bath, changing table, dishes.

The little extra of the dwelling ? Your large private terrace on the ground floor !
A WEBER wood barbecue is available for all your meals.

To relax and have fun the whole family, you can enjoy many facilities on the estate :

- Our infinity pool is open from May to September. She's totally secure.
- For the youngest, available: a games area, a football field, ping pong table, canoes ( on request)
- A private beach (on the edge of the vidourle ) is located on the edge of the property
- The land of the mill of two hectares is to be discovered with a walk .

The location is ideal : 5 min from Sommieres and 30 min from Nimes , Montpellier and the beaches .
